- ½ cup milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 6 slices Bunny Bread
- Cinnamon & sugar or syrup (optional)
- Whisk together milk, vanilla and eggs.
- Dip Bunny Bread into mixture, coating both sides of the slices.
- Cook slices on a buttered griddle over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Top with cinnamon and sugar or syrup, if desired, and enjoy!
