• ½ cup milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 6 slices Bunny Bread
  • Cinnamon & sugar or syrup (optional)


  1. Whisk together milk, vanilla and eggs.
  2. Dip Bunny Bread into mixture, coating both sides of the slices.
  3. Cook slices on a buttered griddle over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
  4. Top with cinnamon and sugar or syrup, if desired, and enjoy!
